Understanding the 'WHY' means knowing why you are doing something before you do it. When you know the 'WHY' of a task, and are able to articulate it you will reap enormous benefits.

Learning to 'SELF-CORRECT' means you are going through the process of self-reflecting on past experiences and self-assessing the steps needed in order to do better in the future. Self-reflecting, self-assessing, and self-correcting are skills that need to be practiced and refined over time.
